Written, recorded and mixed by himself, the project was an important step to show his writing and also to improve his recording skills. Eric Morrissette performed the guitars on it and co-wrote the track "Back to Stay". The CD cover was designed by Steve Paquette. No mastering was applied and the CD was limited to only 100 copies.
